Rocky Mountain Tackle Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before applying to become a Rocky Mountain Tackle Brand Ambassador.

1. Program Acceptance

The Rocky Mountain Tackle Brand Ambassador Program is subject to application review and approval by Rocky Mountain Tackle (“RMT”). Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. RMT reserves the right to accept or decline applications and to remove participants from the program when necessary.

2. Ambassador Discount

Approved ambassadors will receive a 25% discount on eligible RMT products. The discount will be associated with the approved ambassador’s customer account and will become available after the account discount has been activated.

Ambassadors must log in to their approved RMT account to access their discount. If the discount does not appear after logging in, the ambassador should contact RMT for assistance.

The discount is intended for the ambassador’s own eligible purchases and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to others without written permission from RMT. Additional discount restrictions may apply as communicated by RMT.

3. Free Shipping

Approved ambassadors qualify for free shipping on eligible orders over $100, subject to RMT’s shipping policies and any exclusions communicated at checkout.

4. Early Access and Product Testing

Ambassadors may receive early access to selected product launches and opportunities to test new products. These opportunities are not guaranteed and may vary based on product availability, testing needs, and program participation.

Any special instructions, feedback requests, or confidentiality requirements associated with a product-testing opportunity will be communicated separately.

5. Social Media Participation

Ambassadors agree to make a reasonable, ongoing effort to promote Rocky Mountain Tackle through their social media presence. Participation includes:

• Listing or identifying Rocky Mountain Tackle in relevant social media profile information where practical.
• Regularly posting about RMT products they use.
• Sharing fishing photos, videos, product experiences, reviews, or other relevant fishing content.
• Tagging RMT’s official social media accounts when appropriate.
• Helping interested anglers discover RMT products and the RMT website.

RMT does not require ambassadors to make positive statements about products they have not used or to provide opinions that do not reflect their actual experiences. Honest feedback is encouraged.

6. Honest Endorsements and Disclosures

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Rocky Mountain Tackle when posting endorsements or other promotional content where disclosure is required by applicable law or platform rules. This includes making it clear when they receive discounts, free products, or other benefits in connection with their promotion of RMT.

Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand. Ambassadors must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about RMT or its products.

7. Content and Brand Representation

Ambassadors are expected to communicate respectfully and represent RMT in a manner consistent with a positive fishing community. Content must not knowingly infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent RMT products, or violate applicable laws or social media platform policies.

Ambassadors retain ownership of content they create. By participating in the program, ambassadors grant RMT permission to share or repost publicly available content featuring RMT products on RMT-owned marketing channels, with appropriate credit where practical. Any broader commercial use of an ambassador’s content may require separate permission.

8. Account and Discount Use

Ambassador benefits are tied to the approved participant and their designated RMT customer account. Ambassadors are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for using their discount in accordance with these terms.

RMT may suspend or deactivate ambassador benefits in cases of suspected misuse, unauthorized discount sharing, fraudulent activity, or violation of program requirements.

9. Program Changes and Termination

RMT may update program benefits, requirements, or these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.

Participation is voluntary. An ambassador may leave the program at any time. RMT may suspend or terminate participation and associated benefits if an ambassador no longer meets program expectations or violates these terms.

10. Independent Participation

Ambassadors participate as independent supporters of the RMT brand. Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or authority to make commitments on behalf of RMT.

11. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read and understand these Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions. Acceptance into the program and activation of ambassador benefits are subject to approval by Rocky Mountain Tackle.
